PVC Single Ply Roof Systems



Standard Overlap System


Most common method of attachment for PVC single ply membranes. Using telescopic tube fasteners the membrane is attached to the supporting deck & sealed by means of hot air welding of the adjacent sheet. Factory Mutual Approved Assemblies.


Prefabricated Sheet System


Prefabricated sheets are manufactured offsite with high frequency welded fixing strips offering the ability to increase roll size to 4m & tailored lengths reducing waste.


Secret Fix System


Unique factory engineered backing strips attached to 2m wide rolls allow for a fast non-penatrative mechanical attachment. Excellent for exposed locations with high wind uplift or where a fast installation is required.


Induction Welded


The latest in electromagnetic induction welding technology. The system uses the same fastener and plate to secure both the insulation and the membrane to the deck without penetrating the roofing material. The result is a Factory Mutual-approved system that does not create any point of entry for moisture, requires fewer fasteners and provides superior wind uplift performance.


Protan Bonded System


For applications where it is just not possible to use mechanical attachment to secure the membrane we offer specially designed membranes with an integrated fleece backing which are fully bonded to the substrate or insulation offering full flexibility of design.


Vacuum System (New Build)


The ProVac system is suitable for both new roofs and refurbishments, in particular those with structural concrete or concrete slab decks. Loose laying the membrane with fastening only around the perimeters and penetrations. Strategically located vents within the design act as pressure release valves. The stronger the wind forces, the better the system works.
